The conference hall at the Raymond Hotel is the ideal venue for business events, conferences, seminars, and training sessions.
Our team has a wealth of experience in successfully executing events and satisfying clients—many of whom become good friends and return to us time and again.

The 90-square-meter conference hall is located on the hotel's ground floor and has a capacity of up to 70 people.

Hotel Check-in Rules

Hotel check-in time: —  14:00
Check-out time: — 12:00
Early check-in with 08:00 to 14:00 — payment of 50% of the full daily accommodation rate.
Early check-in with 0:00 to 08:00 — payment is charged for a full 24-hour period of stay.
Early check-in with 12:00—14:00 Early check-in is available free of charge, subject to room availability.
When booking guaranteed early check-in at the hotel, the room is charged at the rate of one night's stay (with or without breakfast).
Late check-out with 14:00 to 20:00 — payment is charged at the rate of 50% of the full daily accommodation rate.
From 20:00 — payment is charged for a full 24-hour period of stay.
From 12:00 to 14:00 Complimentary late check-out is available (subject to room availability).
When booking a guaranteed late check-in, the room is charged at the standard rate (excluding breakfast).

Размещение детей до 7 лет — бесплатно (предоставляется детская кроватка при необходимости).
Размещение детей от 7 до 14 лет (предоставляется доп. место — 1 300 руб. с завтраком, 500 руб. без завтрака).
Стоимость завтрака — 1 500 руб. для взрослого,  для детей до 7 лет бесплатно, от 7 до 14 лет — 800 руб.

Цена дополнительного места в номерах категории «Бизнес», «Полулюкс», «Люкс» — 1 000 руб. без завтрака / 2 500 руб.  с завтраком.
